Is there a fee for CISM services?
No. The services provided by CISM are at no cost to the recipient.

Does the CISM team respond to civilian critical events?
No. Those services are provided by the Montgomery County PA Mobile Crisis Unit.

Does the CISM team have a physical location?
The MontCo CISM team responds to you, therefore, there is no physical location. The mailing address is the Montgomery County Emergency Services facility in Conshohocken.

Who oversees the CISM Team?
The Montgomery County Emergency Services Director oversees CISM operations.

Are the results of any CISM intervention disclosed to the public or to my employer?
No. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance. All information discussed during a CISM intervention is strictly confidential and will not be discussed with anyone outside the intervention. Statutory laws have established testimonial privilege for members of an official state recognized Critical Incident Stress Management team.

CISM receives funding from Montgomery County, private donations, and community partnerships.
